Uploading new files does not show up

docker filegator:v7.8.5-arm64
Additional context
Can the docker image support the latest version and include the arm64 architecture? In addition, how to update the filegator version run by docker without losing account, files, configuration and other data? My machine is an intranet machine that is completely disconnected from the Internet. All images are packaged into compressed packages and uploaded from a USB flash drive.
