highlight of the newly added elements and about to be removed elements #117

is there an easy way to highlight the change so the UX gets a little bit better?

highlight in green (with fade out) for a few seconds on additions
highlight in red (with fade out) a few seconds before removal
scroll the y-axis to topmost added element

just curious, maybe there is something already.

that would sound really good, but there is nothing to do that so far AFAIK.
