Remove report-uri from Naskoc

Hi everyone,

Naskoc has an older Content Security Policy which reports blocked resources to report-uri.io. They are changing their free plan, we should ideally stop reporting there before February.

The CSP doesn't seem to be in this repo, it's likely in Apache config on Kleobis. I don't have access there anymore.

The CSP of KSI doesn't report to report-uri.io, so there we don't need to change anything.
