Changes in dropdowns

There were a few changes in the options available for weapons.
Overall there are less options now but I think the import script would need to be adjusted to match the new options.

Old options:

• weitere Gegenstände (bisher: Tischbein, Hantel, Mülltüte, Kissen, Paketband, Shishaschlauch, Gürtel, Flasche, Stein, Kabelbinder, Baseballschläger, Pfanne, ...)
• Sonstiges (z.B. Benzin/Feuer)

There is now also motives in the production db, but because that's a new category it should not matter too much

There will also be changes to Strafsatz und Gewalthandlungen

There will also be a new dropdown-relation for "Details zum Fundort" (not yet done). Right now it's a free text field and we'll need to manually fill in for the imported cases. so this should not interfere with import.

There is also a new dropdown to further specify the surviving dependents. Same as with "Details zum Fundort" this was a free text field before and needs to be manually filled anyway
