  • add CODE_OF_CONDUCT
  • add CONTRIBUTING

CoC can be added at the project level and applied to all associated repositories if we wish (I'v done this with other orgs and it is a very convenient way of doing things).

Would the Contributor Covenant be an acceptable CoC?
