Willingness to contribute

Yes. I can contribute a fix for this bug independently.

Feature Request Proposal

I suggest to add an option to host RBAC server and corresponding database in local deployment with an email of "first global admin" stored in env variable.

Motivation

What is the use case for this feature?

This feature will potentially help to add and test faster new identity providers apart from Azure.

Details

Since there is only one authorization method for now with MS Azure, I suggest to add an environment variable in which a developer can write his MS email. So, in local deployment, the role with this email will be added automatically as "first global admin" and anyone can fully test the UI and RBAC/Rehistry routes.

In the process of studying the project, I came to the first version of this proposal: Link
