I have nuke existing profile and successfully generated profile and certificate, I run fastlane match appstore --readonly on new system and successfully installed certificate
when I run the fastlane match in fast file in my ci machine it throws the above error

I've the same error on creating new certificates. 'couldn't set additional authenticated data'

@hanumanAbacus could fix this issue with downgrading from 2.220.0 to 2.219.0

Having the same problem. Downgrading to fastlane 2.219.0 fixed it for me too.

Same problem, solved it by using the same solution, downgrading from 2.220.0 to 2.219.0.
