This is a two step issue that describes the following:

  • Introduce custom DAP server in gdb, using Python, that can be used as a polyfill for users that can't use newest version, which will introduce it's own DAP server (probably version 14.0) (Introduced by PR Custom Midas DAP Interpreter & Ground work for polyfill work coming up #172)
  • Build poly fill system that can detect this and choose which version to use. I do suspect however, that our own version is going to be more performant.
