昨天osgb转3Dtiles时，发现转换出来的模型无法加载到cesium，显示DeveloperError: normalized result is not a number，然后查看json，其中有一些的包围盒不对，我将不对的数据删除，可以加载，但是模型是竖着的，查看osgb模型是平铺在地面上的，但是转换出来在cesium中查看是竖着插在地面上，matadata.xml为EPSG:4546，SRSOrigin为541395.99325635785,3667738.6291959374,474.89400000018526，cesiumlab可以正常转换加载，看了一下源码，由于rust我也不懂，想问一下是不是原始坐标高度的问题，我看osgb.rs中只读取SRSOrigin前两位作为xy进行数据处理，谢谢大佬

master 的最新代码吗？ 之前有 PR 修复过包围盒不对的问题
