No edit/download button on webUI v0.30.0

trying to identify where or how to download chapters. running in docker on version 0.3.0
According to the documentation the download button is supposed to be on the chapter header, but it doesn't appear to be there.

In a mobile browser you can select a chapter by long-tapping it and then a bar with buttons appears at the bottom of the screen (as well as a "select all" option in the top left). Haven't tried it in a desktop browser, yet.
