Motivation

See #86

Feature

We basically need an option to allow the selection of a subset of actions.

The associated rules maturity level (e.g., stable, incubating, sandbox) defines the subsets.

Alternatives

Do nothing.

Issues go stale after 90d of inactivity.

Mark the issue as fresh with /remove-lifecycle stale.

Stale issues rot after an additional 30d of inactivity and eventually close.
