Implement a way to select action groups, based on rules maturity (stable, incubating, sandbox)

We basically need an option to allow the selection of a subset of actions.

The associated rules maturity level (e.g., stable, incubating, sandbox) defines the subsets.

Do nothing.

Thanks to the new suite command, which processes files from external yaml files, it's now possible to group tests in any desidered ways. For this reason, I believe there's no need to implement a built-in option group rules by maturity.

So, we can assume this is addressed.
