Wanted behavior

Hey there,
I'm looking for a "Login Manager" solution that can handle Identity Management (IDM). The point is that can handle situations like if a users password of the IDM is expired, notify the user and allow the user to change the password.

In a local environment this would be like running passwd $USER in the login screen.
In a LDAP server with IDM, this would be like running ipa passwd $USER.

I know it's specific situation but I'm looking for a solution for the explained situation above because RedHat 8.10 seems to not support that at all.

Best regards.
