Could the demo run in windows 11?

ERROR: Cannot install seamless-communication because these package versions have conflicting dependencies.

The conflict is caused by:
fairseq2 0.2.1 depends on fairseq2n==0.2.1
fairseq2 0.2.0 depends on fairseq2n==0.2.0

And I have found there is a Note:
One of the prerequisites is fairseq2 which has pre-built packages available only for Linux x86-64 and Apple-silicon Mac computers

Could I know if the demo can be run in the Windows?
