release dictionaries for more language pairs

Thanks for this great repo! 👍
Currently, we only have ground-truth bilingual dictionaries from/to English and between European languages. However, to evaluate mappings between non-English embedding pairs (which has been proved to be very important by recent papers), more large-scale non-English dictionaries are needed.
Could you please consider releasing such resources (hopefully for the pairs that have already be investigated in past studies, e.g., this paper)?
