Over 10% of fixups seem to be referencing README.md, If we could auto add that to the source or detect that the file has been include_str! then that would increase significantly the number of crates that just worked.

There are many fixups out there that are just:

Using Reindeer without precise_srcs = true in reindeer.toml is not well supported (because Meta only uses it with precise_srcs). With precise_srcs = true, the #![doc = include_str!("../README.md")] in crates like der (https://github.com/RustCrypto/formats/blob/der/v0.7.10/der/src/lib.rs#L3) is picked up and README.md is correctly added to sources.
