What is the correct OAuth Authorization Callback URL when using minikube?
The documented way of finding the correct value depends on minishift.
Auth seems to go into a CrashLoopBackoff during
gofabric8 deploy --package system -n fabric8
This could be harmless but INSTALL.md should be updated to correctly describe the correct procedure for minikube users.

Same issue for me on mac os x high sierra with minikube 0.26.1 and gofabric8 0.4.176.
