then at a glance from the jenkins UI we can see which versions were created when etc
master__fabric8-io-auto-release_ _fabric8-online___jenkins_
fabric8-io-auto-release_ _fabric8-online_ _master__52__jenkins_

so it'd be good if the pipeline library did the equivalent of the edit description link in the UI to add a textual description of the version number
