게시글에 좋아요를 추가 또는 취소하는 기능 추가
Endpoint: /api/posts/{postId}/likes (POST)
요구 사항
- 동일 사용자가 좋아요를 누르면 취소 (토글 방식)
- 좋아요 개수를 반환
