S8 do not receive calls sometime [BUG?]

Hi,
my Samsung S8 with LineageOS 19.1 rom do not receive always calls.
Peoples who try call me get "this number do not exists" or something like message and can not call to me.

I have about at 23.12.2023 20:19 or like failed call then I turn screen on and try call to my S8 about at 23.12.2023 20:21 and call was successful.

Is there bug in rom or is problem somewhere else?
