Bug: flag on language for São Tomé and Príncipe #43

Hi,

I noticed that on the website the language flag for São Tomé and Príncipe is the English one.

Maybe worth an update, from my understanding of languages it looks closer to Portugese than English.

Not a critical bug - just something to flag
