Describe the bug

https://sass-lang.com/documentation/breaking-changes/import/

We should transition to @use.

I think the syntax we need is:

@use "badge" as *;

Reproduce the bug

Compile Scientific Python Hugo theme with Hugo 1.140:

themes/scientific-python-hugo-theme/assets/theme-css/spht/index.scss:0:8: Sass @import rules are deprecated and will be removed in Dart Sass 3.0.0.
