Color picker inoperative #772

  • Operating system: Windows 10
  • Pencil version: 3.1.1

When I attempt to use the color picker (highlighted in the attached screen shot) the cursor becomes the picker, but when I click on an area the cursor disappears and then nothing happens until I hit the escape key.
