Issue:

Implement a feature to show the value for the newly added “Tag Type” field on the card. This will help users easily identify and manage tags based on their types.

Expected Condition:

Users should be able to see the value of the newly added “Tag Type” field next to each tag card, enhancing the clarity and manageability of tags within the application.
