[Bug] Users Can Add Duplicate Employee Levels

Issue:

As a user, I am able to add duplicate Employee Levels, which should not be possible.

Expected Condition:

When a user tries to add an Employee Level that already exists, the system should prevent the addition and display an error message indicating that the Employee Level is a duplicate.

I think that during your test all the code was not yet on demo, because on my side I do not have this problem, try to retest and tell me if it is still the case
