[Bug] Users Can Add Duplicate Employment Types

Issue:

As a user, I am able to add duplicate Employment Types, which should not be possible.

Expected Behavior:

When a user tries to add an Employment Type that already exists, the system should prevent the addition and display an error message indicating that the Employment Type is a duplicate.

I think that during your test all the code was not yet on demo, because on my side I do not have this problem, try to retest and tell me if it is still the case
