Add pin for interrupt switch

Would it be possible to use one of the pins as an interrupt (programmers' button) switch?

Definitely; there’s a musashi NMI routine that would just be called from the main loop.
I’ve never used the switch on a Mac tho; it triggers macsbug but does that run on a 128k? A good idea for a PSRAM Mac Plus tho.
