sane Javascript check via JSLint, or JSHint. For error description/rationale see jslinterror.
For Javascript and CSS code style rules, see JSCS.

added commands for linting/styling in package.json, see 81037ee.
Later to be used in the build script via npm or even enforce the policy on the server repo.
