Explore the ability to, based on a previous transaction, perform a simulation of it with various adjustments:

• retry the exact transaction at a different block number
• retry the same transaction with adjusted parameters
• see a simulation of what would happen at each of these

This feature is intentionally vague, as it depends on first implementing transaction simulation, and then explore both what can be done, and what makes sense for DevEx
