ICE: mut struct in public function causes ICE if struct contains an Array #867

What is wrong?

This causes an ICE:

struct Tx {
  pub executed: bool
  pub data: Array<u8, 320>
}

contract Foo {
  pub fn bar(mut tx: Tx) {}
}

How can it be fixed
