For easy usage to users, we can deploy it on vercel @vercel

Using this: https://vercel.com/docs/runtimes#official-runtimes/python

Describe alternatives you've considered
Heroku Can be used, but it is difficult to configure. Also, its response time is slower in some regions.

I've deployed this before on DigitalOcean as well as Google Cloud platform. See: https://github.com/ethanchewy/PythonBuddy#secure-sandboxed-version-using-docker
