about keepalive

i can't keepalive a lease with test code io.etcd.jetcd.LeaseTest#testKeepAlive ,but i can keepalive via etcdcli. is there an issues？or it should be like this？（sorry，i'm not good at English）

i have to use CountDownLatch to block the current thread，listener dose not work if not

the listener does not keep your application aliave, that's not something jetcd take care of.
