Connection Status Window?

Every connection method (web serial, noble, etc) could report back a status about whether it was ok or disabled for some reason (rather than the mish-mash of console.logs that are there at the moment).

We could then add a 'status' link to the connection dialog that popped up a window showing all the statuses - each one could be tagged with warning/error/etc
