[lcars] widgets not loading on menu when full screen on lcars

The bug

Using LCARS clock in full screen mode. When going from LCARS clock to launcher (Desktop Launcher) or when received notifications are loaded, widgets are not displayed.

Until recent update from 0.27 to 0.29 widgets would display as normal when navigating away from LCARS clock. These widgets are Lock widget, Battery level widget, Digital clock widget and Step counter widget.

Widgets are displayed as expected when not in full screen mode or when navigating from a different clock or to a different app from the launcher.

I have tried reinstalling LCARS but this does not help.
