Can't disable the indicate or notify

Answers checklist.

• I have read the documentation ESP-AT Programming Guide and the issue is not addressed there.
• I have used the latest released firmware or have updated my ESP-AT branch (master or release) to the latest version and checked that the issue is present there.
• I have searched the issue tracker for a similar issue and not found a similar issue.

General issue report

When I use the AT+BLEGATTCWR command, we could use the 0001/0002 to indicate or notify the Characteristics,
but can't disable the indicate or notify, by use the 0000/FFFF.
I had check with nRFconnect, it use the 0000 should be ok.
But don't work for the ESP AT command.

May be there is other good way pls let me know.
