make galaxy tool from SExtractor

@dsavchenko what would you suggest: should I put a description of the accepted parameters or should I keep the same name as in the doc1 doc2 ?

You mean in the tool help text? I think it's good to describe the parameters, regardless of the names used. Maybe the most common ones and then give a link to the library documentation for others as an option.

@dsavchenko @volodymyrss I have a first consistent draft tutorial for the source extractor. Could you have a look on it and give me some feedback? or should I just put as ready for review?

@dsavchenko I see that on UseGalaxy, I get this error:

"/data/jwd06/main/086/523/86523774/tool_script.sh: line 44: ipython: command not found " when running source-extractor. Is it a bug of UseGalaxy?
