As a user, I need to know who my representatives are, in order to answer some questions during the test.

Build a new page, and using the user's zip code, display relevant information

It would be great if that information could persist as well. Maybe be worth exploring react-native asyncStorage https://facebook.github.io/react-native/docs/asyncstorage.html
