Explain in the documentation how to use a custom-made container image for the upstream containers, now that after v0.4.0 the program is capable of dynamically building the upstream containers' images during the configuration of the program.

The user must place its custom-made Dockerfile and other required files under /DockerImages/entrypoint, so that the main_configuration.sh script copies them to /var/local/ctfsmd/images.
