can we disable Rebar3 console printout

Latest version of rebar3 3.20.0 is displaying lot of printouts on to the terminal. Is there any way we can suppress these printouts.
Print out as below when I run rebar3 release.

You may just have the DEBUG=1 variable set in your environment, that's debug output being enabled. Unset it and it'll be the same as before.

No. DEBUG is not set in the environment.
I have run the bootstrap in offline mode to create rebar3 binary. Will that cause any difference.

Ah yeah I think I know what this is and we have two pending issues to resolve this, around the RLX_LOG macro. I'll need to take a look at these PRs today.

This should be fixed since I've merged #2757 -- contributors had spotted the issue long before I did!
