The extra tables (which is for versioning the grate tables themselves) confuse people. Write a documentation page on them, to avoid confusing people.

Explain:

What are the differences between the users' migration tables
- ScriptsRun
- ScriptsRunErrors
- Version
and the grate internal migration tables
- GrateScriptsRun
- GrateScriptsRunErrors
- GrateVersion
