Evaluate the point of the modified_date column on the Version, ScriptsRun and ScriptsRunErrors tables #114

There is always a new entry in the tables on each run
Do we ever update the modified_date, or is it always equal to entry_date?
If we don't ever update it, could we think of a scenario where we should have?
