RoundHouse used parameters for the server name and database name rather than using a connection string so that the database could be created on the initial run for new developers. Obviously this no longer works after migration to grate. What is everyone using with grate to get around this issue? |

It seems that if you add an admin connection string then the database is automatically created. |
