Develop a system to generate base sounds that can be modified dynamically.

  • Research algorithms for base sound generation.
  • Develop a basic sound generation module.
  • Integrate the module within Godot.
  • Test the generated base sounds for quality and performance.

A little update to this system:
First of all, it would be worked on this month, sadly entities such as animals won't be ready I think. or only potential sketches and if I'm up to it and if things are going better than expected a very basic movement system for an animal using Position Based Material Method + Procedural Animation with a per pixel physics.

The other good news being that I did not mention it in this issue however it was considered initially:

This video by Vercidium is quite rich and is going the direction of what LP needs to become. Raytracing Audio.
Yes it's more suited for 3D, but LP is being thought as multi scale and multi dimensional as well, yes you're reading that well Lp plans first to be a 2D prototype "full game" with everything our universe has to offer and plans to bring a FREE UPDATE the day we work and release it in 3D to anyone, no DLC, no microtransactions, nothing. I know exactly how to bring this up however me pinpointing everything makes us lose a lot of time and can kill LP in its shell.

Anyway back to audio this will be started alongside PBMPM during this month. Slow start but still a start hope to be able to make some progress!
