Hello,
I am trying to install the the epiGenome Browser in RHEL 7.
I am using the default apache and am following the instructions outlined in http://wiki.wubrowse.org/Install_a_local_mirror (adjutsing rhe RHEL available packages).
Server is running apache 2.4.6.
Every click and link is generating a cgi error and i'm getting errors from bwquery and tabix.
The links to download tabix on the site return 404 errors.

Are there any recommendations for installing on Red Hat 7?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Joseph

when you compile the subtleKnife program, did you see any errors?

No issues with compiling. I assume it is not normal behavior for cgi to log everything in the apache error_log (ssl_error_log in my case). If it is, is there a way to tone down logging to actual errors?

The public Annotations are not loading.
Hic annotations will return NO DATA IN VIEW RANGE.
BigWig Annotations return: numerical tk error.
