Prepare Comprehensive Documentation for Remote Cluster Deployment Using Capsule

As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance our deployment capabilities, we need to create detailed documentation that covers the process of deploying into a remote cluster using the Capsule utility. This documentation should encompass two primary deployment scenarios:

Using IRSA (IAM Roles for Service Accounts) for deployment into a remote cluster.
Using static cluster token access for deployment into a remote cluster.
In both scenarios, the capability to enable Capsule in the remote cluster should be addressed. The main challenge involves preparing the Capsule deployment and its configuration in the remote cluster. This task requires the generation of comprehensive documentation outlining the steps, considerations, and best practices for these deployment scenarios. Additionally, necessary comments and artifacts related to these deployment methods should be prepared and included in our repositories to support the documentation.

Acceptance Criteria
Comprehensive documentation covering the deployment into a remote cluster using Capsule, for both IRSA and static cluster token access scenarios, is created and made available.
Necessary comments and artifacts related to these deployment methods are prepared and included in our repositories.
