[Drag and Drop]: Drag and drop functionality in mobile view is not working correctly.

Description (optional)

In mobile view, items do not move properly. If you tap on one and releases the touch and then scroll, it moves along with the screen. Moreover, if one item is selected and you tap on the second, third, etc., they all turn gray, but only the last selected item visible as selected.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Tap on item
2. Tap on another item
3. Scroll the view

Actual result

If a single element is tapped, it moves along the entire screen.
If several elements are tapped, they turn gray, and only the last one visible as selected.

Expected result

The element should move (drop) after the user releases the touch
