[Range Date Picker]: keep calendar panel focus consistent when changing the month/year

When changing the year or month, the calendar panel switches based on whether the user initially interacted with the "From" or "To" field.

The selected month should always be updated in the same panel (left or right) where the user clicks the month in the header.

• If the user clicks on the month in the left panel’s header, the change should apply to the left panel.
• If the user clicks on the month in the right panel’s header, the change should apply to the right panel.

Focus or the initially selected field (From/To) should not affect this behavior.
