Ente App: Slow and Unresponsive on Android Devices

Description

When using the App on Android, it is sometimes really slow and unresponsive. This is happening since a few months, but I thought it will be fixed. The Issue is limited to only the Ente app, other Applications work perfectly fine, even with very low battery (Sub 10%).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Ente
2. Scroll through photos and navigate the app fast
3. Search for photos.

Things I've noticed
When using the app and doing multiple things at once, like uploading photos and scrolling through pictures and maybe do some searching the app often just freezes. It even does cause a system-wide crash. I'm not an expert, but it might have something to do with the ram usage, but take my word with a grain of salt.

Tested Devices
I am primarily using a Fairphone 4 running CalyxOS 5.14.2 (Android 14).
The other Device I tested is a OnePlus 5 running LineageOS 21 (Android 14)
Both use the F-Droid version.
