Ente Auth Installer for Windows 11 issue

Description

The installer file ente-auth-v4.3.2-installer.exe is unable to create temp files even ran the installer as administrator and it cause some issues that tmp file is not located in some path failing the install of this app

setup was unable to create the directory to the temp folder.

Error 2 : cannot find the file specified

this cause a fail install using this executable apps
