Mouse wiggles widgets #14695
Description
When the mouse hovers over any port in a component, we are showing the port:
Screen.Recording.2026-01-27.at.08.54.43.mov
We used to show ports on hover only while dragging an edge. This change isn't intentional, is it? It causes the whole layout of the component to shift while interacting with it, and the ports that we distractingly highlight don't do anything when clicked--they are only relevant when an edge edit is in progress.
