[2023-05-18] Cloud Team update

• fixed problem with missing AppConfig deployment which resulted in broken VM pool
• fixed bug with create_volume lambda
• fixed multiple issues with spawning new instances within the VM pool
• fixed unit tests across the backend and included them in cloud CI
• fixed bug with password not containing special characters resulting in creating user account in state where password reset was impossible
• we added and deployed modified_at column in projects, files, secrets and directories
• we deployed endpoint that accepts logs send from GUI Enso and puts them in AWS Opensearch
• fixed multiple frontend errors when using new dashboard in desktop Enso
